All its saying is that CGEH advantage over Bloom is that they don't convert gas into electricity as efficient as Bloom. Because of this inefficiency, they can use this excess heat to power the liquid chillers to cool down the data centers. As opposed to Bloom, who becuase they are so efficient, requires you to buy more bloom boxes or plug into the grid. The issue with this is that CGEH actually burns more gas trying to convert their energy into DC electricity for the data center which means more cooling is required. As opposed to bloom who have direct DC flow which saves a lot of excess heat from conversion
