R32-A2 produced a clean full-universe 2026-05-29 tape; the full-scan Phase 0 refreshed all 10 active perspectives against it and logged the watch_for triggers that fired. R32-D's job is to convert that raw trigger set into a bounded set of decisions (verbs), not to re-narrate the tape. Scope cap: 1-3 decision-shaped findings.

What we found

Three findings rose above noise; the rest stay as logged watch-items in their perspective log.md files.

1. oil-200-scenario — KILL (executed)

The $200 binary never fully fired.
