The finding: the names we declined are the names still running

Three of the top of Tier 1 are the exact names the Miss Autopsy named two days ago.

vs SMA200 3M 30D RSI
ABSI +137% +234.4% +40.4% 58 conviction miss (own roster, no position)
DELL +119% +123.1% +4.4% 56 the canonical omission miss (2026-03 "trim zone, not an add")
TXG +99% +77.6% +29.6% 69 conviction miss (own roster, no position)

RSI 56–69, not 80+. These are not exhausted. The autopsy's defence was that the declined names were running on fumes — RSI above 70 on sub-1× volume. That defence is weaker now: ABSI is at RSI 58 having added another 40% in a month, DELL at 56. A parabola with a mid-50s RSI is a name that has digested its move, not one about to give it back.

This is the third scan in a row where the omission set outperforms the owned set. It does not mean chase them; it means the entry-trigger gap the autopsy filed is not academic, and the follow-up ("write the mid-cap entry trigger into biotech-capital-cycle") is the most valuable open row on the board.

Memory: the split holds

vs SMA200 30D RSI
MU +100% −13.9% 46
AMD +85% −2.4% 54
SIMO +96% +8.4% 50

MU is still 100% above its 200-day and simultaneously −13.9% on the month — the name is rolling over from a very high base, exactly the shape the ASP repricing read described. Parabolic-and-falling is a distribution signature, not a breakout.

New in Tier 2

WYFI (+60% vs SMA200, +138% 3M), DNTH, BTSG, and DVA at RSI 76 — the only overbought print worth naming; a healthcare compounder 1.7% off its high.

The failure

NTLA — the July 9 call ("the turn is already on") is invalidated. Close $13.02 against a $14.20 invalidation cluster, RSI 36, −27% on the week, 17% below the 20-day. The golden cross that opened the call gave the entire move back in five sessions. Flag recorded; no re-entry without a new base.
