Keep the funding transmission test on monitoring; weed out the unrelated AI-platform and IPO-halo branches.
Keep the funding transmission test on monitoring; weed out the unrelated AI-platform and IPO-halo branches. Scope reviewed on September 6; source dates remain original. This is a research-priority and evidence-boundary review, not an entry call or a fresh historical performance grade.

Case at review: Improving biotech funding will reach tools and CRO revenue through net new orders and project activity, rather than remaining confined to issuance and stock-market enthusiasm.
Medpace supplies direct awards and revenue evidence. Cross-supplier order breadth and the link to financed customer projects remain incomplete.
Horizon: 6–18 months; test funding-to-order conversion at the next two quarterly reports.
Failure conditions: Funding activity does not reach orders across two reporting cycles · Cancellations or customer cash constraints offset new awards and weaken margins
- Earlier on material customer funding, cancellation or supplier bookings news; require evidence from more than one supplier before promotion.

EOD 2026-10-06 campaign checkpoint (book-blind Opus review)
HOLD at monitoring; no promotion. The funding premise has firmed since September 6. Endpoints reported Electra's $350 million IPO as the 21st biotech IPO of 2026 (September 18) and ADARx's upsized $446.3 million Nasdaq debut (September 25). Iambic and City Therapeutics filed; Lycia filed while TRexBio and Retension set terms; Forbion raised EUR 2.3 billion ($2.6 billion) with Lilly backing (October 6). The conversion test is unchanged. No tools or CRO supplier has reported since July, and the September 28 IQVIA and Thermo Fisher profiles add no newer order data. Analyst target changes are opinions, not orders. October 6 was a lane-wide down day: the desk's lane median fell 4.3% with 1 of 36 names up, and the campaign names fell 2.3% to 7.73%, Repligen worst. The steepest drops were genomics and AI-biology names, with no cause in the October 6 news pulls. ArriVent's Phase 3 failure (Endpoints) is an individual drug outcome outside scope. All five instruments remain above their 200-day averages; Danaher lags at +1.84% on the year. Neither failure condition has fired. The Q3 reports beginning October 21 are the second reporting cycle, and no cancellation or customer cash-constraint evidence is on file. The Danaher watch call tied to this campaign is past its September 24 review date and needs a separate desk-call review.

- Review the Danaher watch call (review date September 24) from its path; this review does not close it.
- Watch whether the pending October IPO filings price or are withdrawn after ArriVent's failure and the October 6 lane drop.
