Data as-of 2026-07-06 close.
Only four names in this watchlist and they're splitting into two pairs: WCLD is the sole ETF with genuine positive 30D momentum (+7.2%) and the highest RSI (67.5, approaching overbought), while CLOU and SKYY both hold golden crosses but are stalled with slightly negative 30D prints. IGV is the laggard on every measure — furthest from its 52-week high at -19.7% and the only ETF still net negative on both RSI ranking and trend structure.
| Stock | Price | RSI | 7D | 30D | vs SMA20 | Trend | From 52wk Hi |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| WCLD | $34.12 | 67.5 | +5.4% | +7.2% | +10.1% | up | -7.7% |
| CLOU | $23.43 | 58.0 | +2.1% | -0.7% | +3.8% | strong-up | -11.4% |
| IGV | $94.79 | 58.5 | +3.0% | -0.9% | +4.4% | weak-up | -19.7% |
| SKYY | $137.56 | 57.4 | +1.6% | -1.7% | +2.9% | strong-up | -11.7% |
Promotion candidates: WCLD is the clear leader this week — the only cloud ETF actually gaining ground on a 30D basis — but RSI 67.5 means it's better tracked than chased right here.
Rollover risks: IGV remains the weak link — furthest off its 52-week high with no offsetting momentum. CLOU and SKYY both carry golden crosses (structurally the healthiest of the four) but the negative 30D prints mean the crosses are more legacy signal than active strength right now — watch for a real reclaim of SMA20 before treating either as a fresh setup.
