Two September 6 Entry Map Calls Cleared Their Triggers on Friday's Close
Market Signal
What fired. On the settled September 18 close, two of the September 6 entry map's watch calls printed above their entry triggers. Coherent closed at $317.36, up 7.22% on the day, 12.2% above its 200-day, RSI 56.1, against a trigger of a close above $299.22; the desk's convergence board raised it to three bells the same session. IREN closed at $46.68, up 7.36%, reclaiming its 200-day (2.5% above it) after three cycles below, against a trigger of $45.66. A third tripwire, the gold-miners-versus-metal gauge, flipped from miners-leading to neutral; the week's macro read already carries it (gold rose 0.6% while the miners gave back 1.67%), so it is noted, not actioned.
The verdict. Both flags are recorded in-zone. Neither converted tonight. The paper conviction book's own per-lane cap refused both conversions, Friday was quarterly options expiry so the day's volume is inflated across the tape, and a Friday-afternoon claim fills only at Monday noon under the desk's fill policy. Both are logged as passes with that reason; Monday's session re-reads each level on an ordinary-volume close.
What to watch. Coherent holding above $299.22 on a normal session, and whether the three-bell convergence persists when the expiry volume drops out. IREN holding its 200-day at $45.54; its death cross is still on the record and no dated cause covers Friday's move on a fresh pull. The neocloud lane closed ten of ten up on Friday, so the IREN move is a cohort move until a company event says otherwise.
