The buying list is frozen for a third straight week at the same five names and the same dollar figures, but Airbnb just became the first name in this universe to combine oversold momentum with heavy insider selling — the "selling into a dip" flag this scan has carried at zero for eight straight weeks. Airbnb closed with a momentum reading of 26.5 alongside $1.3 billion of tracked insider selling, the same dollar figure carried for weeks, now paired for the first time with a chart that has actually broken down (-10.7% on the week, -21.4% on the month). Elsewhere, the cybersecurity run flagged last scan extended into a second week and pushed Zscaler to a momentum reading of 70.5 — this universe's first overbought name in the tracked window.

Prices and technicals are the settled 2026-09-23 close, per the desk's summaries. The insider dollar figures come from the Form 4 report run this session; that report's own price and momentum columns are not used anywhere in this scan.

Key insight This is the first week this scan has seen a name combine oversold momentum with active insider selling — Airbnb is worth verifying, not assuming

What's Going On

The buying list has not moved a name or a dollar in three weeks. Tesla (+$219.0M), Asana (+$8.7M), Intel (+$2.4M) and TSMC (+$1.5M) are unchanged from the September 18 read; CRISPR Therapeutics shows +$27.3M, essentially flat against last week's +$28.1M. These remain carried Form 4 positions, not fresh purchases against this week's tape — the golden signal (oversold plus buying) has now read zero for eight straight weeks.

Airbnb is the new structural flag in this universe. It closed $149.58, down 10.7% on the week and 21.4% on the month, with a momentum reading of 26.5 — solidly inside oversold territory — while still carrying $1.3 billion of tracked insider selling from prior filings. That combination, "selling into a dip," has read zero in every prior edition of this scan; this week it reads one. The stock's one-year return is still positive at +21.1% and it sits 5.0% above its 200-day, so this is not yet a broken long trend — it is a sharp pullback that insiders were already positioned against before the drop. News was pulled 2026-08-08, well before this move, and the stock-events record holds nothing for Airbnb this week; the drop is reported with no cause confirmed.

Security software extended its run into a second week, and Zscaler is now the first overbought name this scan has recorded. Zscaler closed $214.45, RSI 70.5 (from 63.3 last week), up 11.94% on the week and 21.81% on the month; its one-year deficit narrowed further to -25.87% from -32.22%, and its 200-day cushion widened to 27.8% from 17.2%. CrowdStrike ($262.49, RSI 68.9, +116.9% on the year, 76.4% above its 200-day) and Palo Alto Networks ($393.30, RSI 62.7, +93.5% on the year, 61.6% cushion) both extended further. News was pulled September 22 for all three names and covers nothing dated to this week's move; no cause is confirmed for the continuation, only that it held a second week.

Constellation Energy partially stabilized after last week's flagged breakdown. It closed $263.88, momentum recovering to 43.8 from 36.4, its one-year return roughly steady at -21.6% (from -21.1%) but its 200-day cushion improving to -9.4% from -13.0%. That is a partial repair, not a resolution — the name is still below its 200-day and still negative on the year — but the deterioration that alarmed last week's read did not continue. No cause is confirmed for either the drop or the partial recovery.

Qualcomm fully reversed its unexplained Friday plunge and then some. Last scan flagged a -5.82% Friday drop on 4.6x normal volume with nothing on record to explain it. This week: $197.24, RSI 66.4 (from 54.0), +6.71% on the week and +24.42% on the month, one-year return now +16.35% (from +5.70%) and its 200-day cushion out to +16.8% (from +5.4%). The Friday drop is fully unwound and the stock has extended well past where it sat before it.

The most heavily sold names in this universe remain overwhelmingly the ones with the strongest multi-year trends. AMD (-$470.5M sold, now +282.0% on the year, 70.4% above its 200-day), Intel (+255.3%→+317.9% year-over-year continuation, still on the buying list at a small +$2.4M), Twilio (-$634.0M sold, +181.1% on the year, up from +125.0%), MongoDB, Datadog and Advanced Micro Devices all extended their long trends further while carrying nine-figure-plus insider selling. That divergence — heavy selling pointing one way, the chart pointing the other — is unchanged from prior weeks and remains a poor standalone sell signal here.

Netflix, Pinterest and EOSE remain the cleanest cases where insider selling and the chart agree. NFLX closed $71.36, -41.4% on the year, 16.0% below its 200-day, largely unchanged from last week's already-broken read. PINS closed $18.45, RSI 35.8, -47.7% on the year, 14.2% below its 200-day. EOSE closed $3.58, deepened further to -64.8% on the year (from -56.0%) and 54.1% below its 200-day (from -50.2%) — the most structurally damaged name in this universe got worse again this week.

What Changed Since Prior Scan (2026-09-18 → 2026-09-23)

Change Read
Airbnb entered the "selling into a dip" bucket for the first time — RSI 26.5 with $1.3B carried insider selling Zero prior weeks had this combination; verify before treating it as a signal beyond a sharp pullback
Zscaler crossed into overbought territory — RSI 63.3 → 70.5, year deficit narrowed to -25.87% from -32.22% This universe's first overbought name in the tracked window
Qualcomm fully reversed the unexplained Friday drop flagged last scan — RSI 54.0 → 66.4, 1Y +5.70% → +16.35%, 200-day cushion +5.4% → +16.8% The drop was fully unwound and then extended past the prior level
Constellation Energy partially stabilized — momentum 36.4 → 43.8, 200-day gap -13.0% → -9.4% Last week's flagged breakdown did not continue; still below its 200-day
EOSE deepened further — 1Y -56.0% → -64.8%, 200-day gap -50.2% → -54.1% The most structurally damaged name here got worse again
AKAM crossed back above its 200-day — vs SMA200 -5.3% → +6.8%, momentum 41.8 → 60.7 A meaningful structural reclaim
CRSP's carried buying figure ticked down slightly — +$28.1M → +$27.3M Essentially flat; still a carried position, not a fresh purchase
Still no golden signal, eight weeks running The oversold-plus-buying combination has never fired in this tracked window

How To Read The Board

Two independent sources meet in this scan and answer different questions. The Form 4 dollar figures say who inside the company transacted and for how much; they are cumulative tracked positions that change slowly, and several have been frozen at nearly the same value for three weeks — a frozen figure is not a fresh signal. The price table says what the market did, and every number in it is the settled close. Where the two disagree, neither is wrong: heavy selling in a name with a +282% year (AMD) and heavy selling in a name with a -41% year (NFLX) are entirely different situations, which is why the one-year and 200-day columns stay visible rather than assumed. A low momentum reading is a description of recent price, not a recommendation. The full report names its 51 sellers but prints only the largest 20, so smaller selling positions are counted in the tally and absent from the table below. No cause is attached to any price move in this scan except where a dated filing or article is named.

Tier Analysis

Capitulation (RSI below 25): None — eighth straight week.

Oversold (RSI 25-40): ABNB (26.5), PINS (35.8), ENPH (34.1), NFLX (37.1), UBER (36.9), SOFI (40.8 — just above the line). Airbnb is the new entrant and the one worth attention: it carries a positive one-year return (+21.1%) and sits above its 200-day, the classic deep-pullback shape, but it is the only name here also flagged for active insider selling. The rest of this tier is negative on the year and below its 200-day — structural damage, not discount.

Neutral / Strong (RSI 40+): The remaining 53 names, topped by META (77.0, overbought), MRNA (71.9), TMO (71.5), ARM and INTC (71.1/70.3) and TWLO and ZS (75.4/70.5, both newly overbought). This is the first week in the tracked window with more than one name above 70.

Entry Zones

Conditions, not advice.

Stock Entry Zone Thesis
INTC Current $122.60; 20-day $101.04, 200-day $78.36 The only name here carrying insider buying alongside a +317.9% year and a 56.5% cushion. It is 21.3% above its own 20-day, so a pullback toward $101.04 is the condition, not this price
CRSP Current $55.76; 200-day $53.35, support shelf $54.86 Buying carried at a nearly unchanged figure; the year is still -8.2%
MDB Current $428.36; 200-day $344.68, support shelf $360.48 +34.3% year with a 24.3% cushion, still improving
ASML / VRTX ASML $1,744.61 (200-day $1,518.69); VRTX $516.34 (200-day $471.10) Both pulling back inside strong years (+81.1%, +36.0%) with intact cushions
ABNB Watch $142.40 (its 200-day), support shelf $136.64; current $149.58 First "selling into a dip" flag this cycle — a sharp pullback with the year still positive, but the only name here where insiders were selling into weakness. Verify before treating it as a discount
CEG Not a zone yet — partially stabilized Momentum recovered to 43.8 from 36.4, cushion improved to -9.4% from -13.0%, but still below its 200-day and negative on the year
NFLX, PINS, SOFI, RBLX, EOSE, UBER Not zones — broken Negative years below their 200-day averages. Low momentum here is damage, not value

What To Watch Next

  • Does Airbnb's pullback deepen or stabilize? It is the first name in eight weeks of this scan to combine oversold momentum with active insider selling. The year is still positive and the 200-day still holds; both are the things to lose next.
  • Does the cybersecurity run hold a third week? Zscaler is now overbought at RSI 70.5, the first name in this universe to cross that line — no driver has surfaced for the run in either of the last two weeks.
  • Constellation Energy's stabilization. Momentum recovered from 36.4 to 43.8 and the 200-day gap narrowed, but the name is still below the line and negative on the year. One more week either confirms the repair or resumes the slide.
  • Whether EOSE finds a floor. Its one-year deficit widened from -56.0% to -64.8% this week alone, with nothing on record to explain either move.
  • Whether anything else in this universe crosses into "selling into a dip." Eight weeks at zero, then one this week — worth watching whether it stays isolated or becomes a pattern.
