The insider buying list did not change — Tesla, CRISPR, Asana, Intel and TSMC — but its charts split: Asana rose 16.82% on the week while Intel fell 12.26% into a deep pullback that still leaves it 26.1% above its 200-day. Eos Energy (RSI 28.7) is now the only stock in the universe under 30 and the report's lone "selling into a dip" case; there is still no oversold-plus-buying match. Six names read above RSI 70 — Palantir, Datadog, Zscaler, Shopify, Fortinet and Moderna — while the semiconductor names cooled.

Prices and technicals are the settled Friday, October 9 close, per the desk's price summaries (all 59 rows carry that date). Insider dollar figures come from the Form 4 net-flow report run on October 9; that report prints net dollars only — no insider names, roles or filing dates — and its own price and momentum columns are not used anywhere on this page.

Quick Snapshot

Signal Reading
Overall 🟡 Strong software and security tape under heavy insider selling; buying list unchanged; one structurally broken name where selling and chart agree
Golden signals (oversold + buying) 0 — the only name under RSI 30 is a seller
Selling into a dip (oversold + selling) 1 — EOSE (RSI 28.7, -$25.1M net)
Insider buying 5 names: TSLA +$221.0M, CRSP +$26.6M, ASAN +$4.5M, INTC +$2.4M, TSM +$1.5M
Insider selling 52 names including EOSE; heaviest are AMZN -$9.4B, NVDA -$4.0B, LLY -$3.0B, PLTR -$2.0B, AVGO -$1.8B
Leaders (one year) MRNA (717.29%), FSLY (242.69%), DOCN (240.97%), BE (223.72%), MRVL (203.57%)
Laggards (one year) EOSE (-82.79%), RBLX (-61.96%), COIN (-53.65%), NTLA (-48.66%), HIMS (-46.92%)
Caveat The report names 51 sellers in its selling list but prints dollar figures for only the largest 20; the other 31 are counted, not sized. Two of the 59 names show no net flow above $100K either way, and the report does not say which. Eight dollar figures differ from last edition, so the window refreshed in part — check filings before leaning on any single figure
Key insight Heavy selling sits in the strongest charts, which is routine for executives of fast-rising companies. The case where the sellers and the chart agree is EOSE, and it is broken, not cheap

What's Going On

The buyers' charts split. Tesla (+$221.0M) closed $382.70, up 3.27% on the week at RSI 59.7, but it is still 2% under its 200-day ($390.60) with a one-year return of -12.13%: the largest buyer name has not repaired its long trend. Asana (+$4.5M) rose 16.82% on the week to $10.07, 21.6% above its 200-day, though its year is still -33.71%; its news was last pulled September 17, so news was not pulled for this move, and no stock-event or capture covers it. Intel (+$2.4M) fell 12.26% to $104.70 (RSI 43.4, 8% under its 20-day) yet sits 26.1% above its 200-day on a 176.98% year — a deep pullback inside an intact trend, not a breakdown. Part of that week traces to October 5, when Intel slid after Elon Musk said talks with TSMC on his Terafab chip venture were ongoing (MarketWatch); Friday's 2.22% drop has no Intel item on file. TSMC (+$1.5M) eased 4.12% to RSI 52.4, 15.7% above its 200-day. CRISPR (+$26.6M) sits 0.3% above its 200-day on a -28.74% year.

Chipmakers cooled as a group. The AI-hardware names sold on October 8 after OpenAI told investors its annualized revenue was about $50 billion (CNBC), a worry Bloomberg said "bled through to other artificial intelligence bets and chipmakers." Arm fell 13.4% on the week (RSI 43.9, 41.18% off its high) but stays 21% above its 200-day; AMD (RSI 57.2) and TSMC dropped out of the overbought group. Nvidia (-$4.0B) closed $229.28, down 2% on the week, 13.4% above its 200-day.

Eos Energy is where selling and the chart agree. EOSE closed $2.52 at RSI 28.7, down 21.5% on the week and 9.03% on Friday, 64.7% under its 200-day, with a one-year return of -82.79% and 87.31% off its high. The report sizes its net insider selling at -$25.1M. Aggregator pages dated October 8 (StocksToTrade, Timothy Sykes) tie the slide to a litigation probe and continuing losses; nothing on file covers Friday. This is structural damage; the low RSI is not a setup.

Heavy sellers, strong charts. Palantir (-$2.0B) rose 10.75% on the week to $209.05, RSI 76.3, 0.25% under its high and 37.2% above its 200-day; its October 8 news pull carries nothing on the move, so the cause is not on file. Datadog (-$688.4M) closed at RSI 73.4, 0.25% under its high, up 30.18% on the month. Software and security rallied on Friday — DigitalOcean up 8.81%, Zscaler 7.8%, Snowflake 7.42%, Datadog 7.11%, Cloudflare 5.57% — and Fastly jumped 15.86%. News for these names was last pulled October 8 or earlier and there are no October 9 captures; stock-events checked; cause not on file.

Moderna and Constellation broke higher. Moderna closed $225 at its 52-week high, up 14.21% on Friday and 18.41% on the week, RSI 72.1, 209.8% above its 200-day on a 717.29% year; the report lists it among heavy sellers without a dollar figure. Its news was last pulled September 30, so news was not pulled for this move, and no stock-event or capture covers it: cause not on file. Constellation rose 15.76% on the week to $298.07 and closed 4.2% above its 200-day after jumping 12% on October 6 on a Google nuclear power agreement (Bloomberg; MarketWatch); its year is still -22.22%.

What Changed Since Prior Scan (2026-10-02 → 2026-10-09)

Change Read
Buying list unchanged in names — same five buyers CRISPR's figure is a hair lower; Tesla still carries nearly all the dollars
Eight dollar figures moved — ESTC, CRWD, NET, TWLO and COIN show larger selling than last edition; AVGO and RBLX slightly smaller The window refreshed in part, answering last edition's frozen-figures caveat for these names
EOSE entered the "selling into a dip" bucket Last edition the bucket was empty; EOSE fell below RSI 30 this week
The overbought group rotated — PLTR, ZS, SHOP, FTNT and MRNA joined DDOG above 70 AMD and TSM, both above 70 last edition, cooled to the 50s
NFLX, UBER and VRTX left the oversold band SOFI and FSLR remain in it, both below their 200-days
CEG reclaimed its 200-day Year still negative
Intel and Arm took double-digit weekly declines Both remain well above their 200-days
Still no golden signal No buyer is below RSI 30

How To Read The Board

The insider dollar figures are net Form 4 flows from the report; every price, momentum and return figure is from the desk's own summaries. A name with heavy insider selling and a strong chart is not a warning by itself — executives of fast-rising companies sell routinely. The combinations that matter are selling plus a broken chart (a real warning) and buying plus oversold momentum (a golden signal). The top 20 sellers carry dollar figures; the rest of the universe appears below without one.

Entry Zones

Conditions, not advice.

Stock Entry Zone Thesis
TSLA Current $382.7; 200-day $390.6, support shelf $377.12 Largest buyer-backed name, still under its 200-day on a negative year; reclaiming the 200-day is the condition
INTC Current $104.7; 50-day $103.08, 20-day $113.83, 200-day $83.03 Buyer-backed, 176.98% year, deep weekly pullback; a flag needs the 50-day area to hold
ASAN Current $10.07; 20-day $9.26, 200-day $8.28 Small buyer figure, sharp bounce; the year is still -33.71%, so a pullback that holds the 20-day is the only zone
CRSP Current $53.39; 200-day $53.23, support shelf $51.97 Sitting on its 200-day with a negative year; holding it is the condition
ARM Current $266.28; 200-day $220.11, support shelf $166.15 56.03% year, -41.18% from its high; a seller-side pullback inside an intact trend, not a buyer signal
EOSE Current $2.52 Structurally broken with insider selling; no zone
PLTR / DDOG PLTR $209.05 (20-day $187); DDOG $293.26 (20-day $259.2) At highs above RSI 70 with heavy selling; no zone until a flag forms

What To Watch Next

  • A first oversold-plus-buying match. The only sub-30 name is EOSE, a seller; the buyers sit between RSI 43.4 (Intel) and 60.2 (Asana).
  • Tesla's 200-day at $390.60. The biggest buyer name needs it back before the buying lines up with the chart.
  • Intel's 50-day ($103.08). It closed $104.70; holding there keeps the pullback a flag inside a 176.98% year.
  • Do the overbought sellers cool? PLTR, DDOG, ZS, SHOP, FTNT and MRNA all sit above RSI 70.
  • Fresh Form 4 figures. Eight figures moved this week, CRISPR's among them; the rest did not.
  • TSMC's report, scheduled for October 15 (per the October 8 market brief), lands on a buyer-backed name that just cooled.
