Tech Insider Buys Scan
Cybersecurity's overbought run broke this session — Zscaler and Okta both fell out of the 70-plus band they'd just entered, and CrowdStrike and Palo Alto cooled alongside them — while IonQ crossed above its 200-day average for the first time in this tracked window and Credo's reversal extended further past it. HubSpot backslid after last edition's partial recovery. The insider-buying list is unchanged for a fourth straight week at the same five names.
Data as of the settled 2026-09-25 close. This list carries price and technical evidence; the insider dollar figures cited below come from this session's Form 4 report and are labelled where used.

| Biggest reversal | IONQ — 200-day position -2.7% → +4.2%, crossing above the line for the first time in this tracked window |
| Biggest continued breakdown | INTU — 1Y -59.08% → -60.19%, now RSI 29.6, a strict oversold name for the first time here |
| Caveat | No news pull on this desk covers this session's cybersecurity cooling or HubSpot's backslide |
| Key insight | Last edition's two newly-overbought names (ZS, OKTA) both cooled out of that band this session, while CrowdStrike and Palo Alto Networks eased alongside them — a broad, same-direction move across the whole cybersecurity cluster |
What's Going On
Cybersecurity's overbought run broke this session, and it moved across the whole cluster at once. Zscaler closed $193.05, RSI 53.6 — down sharply from last edition's overbought 70.5 — its one-year deficit widening back to -32.66% from -25.87% and its 200-day cushion compressing to +15.3% from +27.8%. Okta closed $195.19, RSI 62.1 (from 71.3), its cushion narrowing to +78.8% from +90.1% though its one-year return is still a strong +114.05%. CrowdStrike ($252.13, RSI 62.1 from 68.9, cushion +68.0% from +76.4%) and Palo Alto Networks ($374.74, RSI 54.4 from 62.7, cushion +52.8% from +61.6%) both eased the same direction. Fortinet cooled more modestly to RSI 57.6 from 64.6, cushion +49.3% from +55.1%. No news pull on this desk covers the reversal for any of these five names.
IonQ crossed above its 200-day average for the first time in this tracked window. It closed $45.48, RSI 63.3 (from 57.2), up 16.23% on the week, its 200-day position improving to +4.2% from -2.7% — a genuine structural reclaim rather than a comparison-date artifact. Its one-year return improved to -34.5% from -43.39% on the combination of price gain and the trailing window rolling forward. latest (refreshed 2026-09-25) holds an item from September 8 describing a raised full-year revenue guide after the SkyWater acquisition — dated context that predates this specific move, so no fresh cause is confirmed for this week's gain specifically.
Credo's reversal, flagged as a confirmed break above its 200-day last edition, extended further. $210.97, RSI 57.9 (from 50.9), up 19.94% on the week, now +19.8% above its 200-day (from +10.2%), one-year return jumping to +45.56% from +19.48%. It is still 31.7% off its 52-week high, so the deeper recovery remains a work in progress, but the direction has now held for three straight editions.
HubSpot backslid after last edition's partial recovery. $213.74, RSI 42.2 (from 47.3), down 1.10% on the week, one-year deficit widening back out to -57.82% from -55.95% and its 200-day gap deepening to -14.7% from -10.4%. Last edition's improvement, itself unexplained, has now partly reversed — also with no news receipt on file covering either move. It remains the second-most structurally damaged name on this board after Intuit.
Intuit is the one name here that kept deteriorating without pause, and it is now a strict oversold name in this scan for the first time. $275.79, RSI 29.6 (from 32.8), down 9.04% on the week, -60.19% on the year (from -59.08%), -31.6% below its 200-day. The broken-thesis flag on this name has read broken for seven straight weeks, and this week it also crossed below RSI 30 for the first time in this tracked window.
Super Micro extended its repair for a third straight edition. $43.26, RSI 63.8 (from 60.0), one-year deficit narrowing to -6.44% from -11.81%, cushion widening to +36.1% from +30.6%.
What Changed Since Prior Scan (2026-09-23 → 2026-09-25)
| Change | Read |
|---|---|
| ZS and OKTA both cooled out of overbought territory — ZS 70.5 → 53.6, OKTA 71.3 → 62.1 | Last edition's two newly-overbought names both eased this session |
| CRWD and PANW eased the same direction — CRWD 68.9 → 62.1, PANW 62.7 → 54.4 | The whole cybersecurity cluster moved together |
| IONQ crossed above its 200-day for the first time — -2.7% → +4.2% | A genuine structural reclaim, not just a comparison-date effect |
| CRDO extended its confirmed break further — 200-day position +10.2% → +19.8%, 1Y +19.48% → +45.56% | Third straight edition of repair |
| HUBS backslid after last edition's recovery — 1Y -55.95% → -57.82%, 200-day gap -10.4% → -14.7% | No cause confirmed for either the prior recovery or this reversal |
| INTU crossed below RSI 30 for the first time here — 32.8 → 29.6 | Now a strict oversold name in this scan, seventh week of the broken-thesis flag continuing |
| SMCI's deficit narrowed for a third straight edition — 1Y -11.81% → -6.44%, cushion +30.6% → +36.1% | Continued improvement |
| INTC cooled slightly while remaining on the buying list — RSI 70.3 → 66.9, 1Y +317.86% → +261.87% | The one-year change is partly a comparison-window effect |
How To Read The Board
This list is the technology slice of the insider-tracked universe, and it carries price evidence only — the dollar figures for who bought and sold come from the separate Form 4 report and are quoted here only where a name overlaps. Those figures move slowly and have been frozen or nearly frozen for four weeks; a frozen number is a report artifact, not a fresh signal. On the price side, the column that decides whether a drawdown is opportunity or damage is the pair at the right: a name above its 200-day with a positive one-year return is in a pullback inside an intact trend, and a name below its 200-day with a negative year has a trend genuinely under test. Trailing one-year returns also drift purely because the comparison date moves, so a one-year change is read alongside the 200-day position, never alone — IonQ's 200-day crossing this week is the structural fact, and it is a real move, not a calendar artifact. Where a move has no news receipt covering it, this scan says so; a stale pull is never evidence that nothing happened.

Tier Analysis
Capitulation (RSI below 25): None.
Oversold (RSI 25-40): INTU (29.6) and ADBE (36.6). INTU newly crossed into a strict oversold reading this week; ADBE holds roughly steady. Both remain below their 200-day with double-digit negative years — damage, not discount.
Neutral / Strong (RSI 40+): The remaining 40 names, topped by META (71.3, overbought), AMD (73.0), and IONQ, OKTA, CRWD all now in the low-to-mid 60s after cooling from last edition's overbought readings. No name outside META reads above 70 this week, down from five last edition.

What To Watch Next
- Does cybersecurity's cooling extend into a real pullback, or stabilize here? Five names — ZS, OKTA, CRWD, PANW, FTNT — all eased together this session with no driver confirmed on this desk's record.
- IonQ's 200-day crossing. The first positive structural reading in this tracked window; whether it holds through the next session is the real test.
- HubSpot's backslide. Neither last edition's recovery nor this session's reversal has a confirmed cause on file.
- Whether Intuit's broken-thesis flag ever clears. Seven straight weeks of confirmation, now compounded by a fresh strict-oversold reading.
- Credo's 52-week high, still 31.7% away. The break above its 200-day has now held for three straight editions; the deeper recovery is not yet confirmed.
