Food Security Cascade — does the retired thesis earn a reopen?

Why now: The reopen trigger written into the 2026-05-23 closure — MOS above $25 with RSI over 50 SUSTAINED, and DBA above $28 — has both legs lit on the 2026-09-02 close for the first time since the thesis was retired with a failed-frame verdict. MOS closed $25.78 at RSI 68.1; DBA closed $29.27 at RSI 69.5 on a 52-week high with 2.38x relative volume. Two independent detectors surfaced it the same session without sharing state: the leveraged-speculation paper book flagged both legs during its entry screen, and the standing trigger-check screen reported MOS above $25 newly crossed one day ago, MOS RSI above 50 standing ten days, DBA above $28 standing thirteen days. The sector read corroborates — Food Security is the only lane both leading and still accelerating (30-day relative strength +16.2, acceleration +4.5, every name up, 60% strong-up), while hard assets, crypto, copper and biotech are all leading-but-fading. CF, CTVA and NTR register as stretched-momentum on real volume rather than thinning froth, and FMC closed +12.21% on the day, +20.49% on the week. What is NOT satisfied is the word sustained: the MOS price leg is day one, and this thesis was closed once already on a failed frame. The question to answer is whether this is the frame working late or a commodity bounce wearing its costume.
