Status: ACTIVE — Escalation resuming; "Rubio new worry" pushes oil above $127

Narrative arc: Grinding stalemate → Fresh escalation signal

The Iran conflict just shifted. After 5 days of energy consolidation (RSI cooling from 83-85 to 72-79 on hopes the worst was priced in), oil surged again on a "Rubio new worry" headline — Secretary of State Rubio apparently named a new escalation vector that markets hadn't priced. USO broke back above $127, oil spot back above $100/barrel. We are NOT in a stalemate anymore. The conflict is re-escalating.
